Recipe for Corn Quirera with Pork Ribs

Ingredients for making corn quirera with pork ribs:
1 kilogram of pork ribs
200 grams of smoked pepperoni sausage
2 cups of broken corn
3 units of ripe tomato
1 unit of onion
1 unit of small green pepper
1 unit of small red pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of oil
½ cup of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of paprika
Black pepper
salt
How to make corn quirera with pork ribs:
To make this typical recipe, start by soaking the corn chips in a little water while preparing the next steps.
In the pressure cooker, add the oil and fry the ribs on both sides, until golden. Remove and, in the same oil, saute the chopped onion, garlic and peppers until tender, add the chopped and seedless tomatoes, and let the water flow.
After making the sauté, add the ribs to the pan again, add the sausage as well, and season with paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 liters of water, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
After this time, add the broken slice to the pan and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve this recipe for corn chips with pork ribs, then sprinkled with parsley and, if you like, with a few drops of pepper sauce. Enjoy your food!
